Right of withdrawal
Since all products in the TF-Music Store are individually manufactured to order (print-on-demand), there is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual selection or determination by the customer is decisive or that are clearly tailored to the customer's personal needs.
Production begins immediately after receipt of payment. Withdrawal from the purchase contract after the start of production is therefore excluded.
Returns & Refunds
Returns or refunds are only possible in the following cases:
- The delivered goods are demonstrably damaged or defective.
- The wrong product was delivered.
